About me.

I've seen firsthand how the most elegant solution in a lab can fail in production, and how the right technology, practically applied, can transform a business.
Now, I use that experience to help technology leaders validate their biggest technical bets.
Lessons from the launch.
My approach to R&D isn't theoretical. It's a methodology shaped through a decade of shipping high-stakes projects and learning hard lessons firsthand.
Practical beats perfect
In a former life, I was a music producer with platinum records. Here, I learned that technical skill doesn't predict commercial success.
The hits came from experimentation - trying new things until something unique and authentic resonated with an audience. I bring this mindset to software. I run the right experiments to find the solution that will actually stick with your users and your team.
Production is all that matters
As a machine learning engineer at LEGO, I learned that a model with perfect lab scores can fail under the messy reality of production traffic. "Dataset shift" is just one of the many reasons I am obsessed with bridging the gap from lab to live.
My work focuses on the infrastructure, integrations, and real-world conditions required to make an idea viable at scale.
Start small to go big
As a CTO at Kanda, I saw how quickly early technical decisions become exponentially more expensive to change. The smartest way to de-risk a large investment is to take a small, measured first step.
My 8-week pilot is designed to do exactly that: solve the immediate problem, build confidence, and give you the evidence you need to make the next move.
Why 42?
Those who know "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" will recognize 42 as the answer to the "Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything."
The joke is that the answer is meaningless without the right question. Many projects fail by solving the wrong problem well. That's why my engagements begin with getting the question right.

Working together.
I'm based in Aarhus, Denmark, and partner with clients globally. While engagements are typically short, my goal is to create lasting value long after my work is done.
